Return Policy

At DREP, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your item, we've made our return process as simple as possible.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  1. Time Limit: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Beyond this period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and promotional merchandise are not eligible for a return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@drep.com with your order number, details of the item, and the reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Shipping: Once you receive your RA number, please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
  3. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
  4. Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us a Dm at Drepsshop on insta
